Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services began as a part-time venture in 1985. Roger Kisner graduated from the Missouri Auction School that same year and began what is now a successful, full-time auction company.

Along with the auction method of marketing of a seller’s items, Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services offers complete personal property auction services. These services include personal property appraisals, consignment auctions, tag sales, live internet bidding.

Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services utilizes a fully mobile and automated cashier station with computerized cashiering and credit card processing. We also possess the most advanced public address systems for accurate audio quality during an auction. For our clients’ protection and records, we audio and video tape each auction we conduct.

There are numerous pieces of equipment that we will use to conduct your auction efficiently, economically, and proficiently. We have display tables, locked showcases, trailers, a tractor with a loader, power washing equipment, and a fully mobile and operational concession unit.

Over the past 21 years, Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services has conducted a multitude of successful auctions in the tri-state area as well as throughout the state of Kansas. Some of the sales include a collection of antique and classic automobiles, large antique sales, complete business liquidations, large farm equipment, entire estates in a two-day sale setting, livestock, homes and real estate. You, your clients, shareholders and Board of Directors will be thrilled with our results. We know this through experience.

SALES COMMISSIONS AND AUCTION FEES

Sale commission and auction fees are contingent upon the range of items and/or real estate offered at auction. There are also advertising needs, moving and transportation fees, and sale site rental fees. After the initial no-cost preview of your property, a commission plan will be presented to you with all of the financial aspects included in this proposal. (top)

QUALIFICATIONS

Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services is fully qualified to conduct your next auction. Roger is the 1996 Kansas Bid Call Champion, and John is the 2005 Kansas Auctioneers Association Rookie Bid Call Champion. Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services was also voted Hays Daily News Readers Choice Auction Company in both 2004 and again in 2005. Both Roger and John are members of the Kansas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. (top)

PLANS FOR EXPANSION

This year, Kisner’s Auction and Appraisal Services plan to expand our auction territory into the western and southwestern Kansas areas. We are looking forward to offering our auctions in both English and Spanish for our ever growing and culturally diverse customer base.
